Rules & Guidelines

General rules

1. Respect everyone, we all are human beings and should be treated equally.
   
2. All publicly displayed messages are only limited to English. This includes posts, threads.
   
3. Do not give your personal data (Login data, passwords, email, IP, home address, etc). Privacy > ALL
   
4. Only one account is permitted. Do not giveaway your account, or let multiple people using it, or register multiple accounts. We have a strict policy on banning multiple accounts.
   
5. Promotion of competitors sites within the signature, avatar, thread, post, website URL and so forth is strictly forbidden.
   
6. Child pornography, harassment/offensive material, phishing, malicious file distributions are not permitted on forums.
   

Warning system

1. Members who disobey the rules will be warned or banned depending on what the moderator believes is the appropriate punishment.
   
2. Members can be warned a maximum of two times consequently. On the third, the member will be immediately banned. This does not mean that you have to have a warning to get banned, moderators may ban you without warnings depending on the offense.
   
3. Less-severe warnings have an expiration time usually from several days to several weeks, after that time it will automatically disappear.
   
4. If you believe you do not deserve the warn please contact the moderator who warned you. Talking back to the moderator who gave you the warning with no sense of respect will lead to further warnings.
   

Warez/General Section Posting rules

1. All content must be in English. If you still want to use your own language Read the section (a)
   
2. Thread or post your uploaded content can use all languages. But you need to provide translations in "English" to it.
   
3. Treat others positively and with respect. Flaming other members or other forums will lead to a warning, possibly even a ban.
   
4. Topics must be submitted to the relevant forums. Please read the forum descriptions before posting.
   
5. It's only allowed to bump topics, if you have something relevant to say or ask, about the information which is contained in the topic, and only if at least 24h passed since last post.
   
6. Content of posts should not be explicit, offensive, shocking, discussions of demerit commodities unless it is posted in an educational sense.
   
7. Excessive off-topic, spam, one-liner message, same replies are not allowed and will result in a forum suspension.
   
8. ALL CAPS is not allowed because it seems like you are screaming.
   
9. All rules applies to private messages as well. It is the responsibility of each member to check their private messages when online, as certain private messages from staff members may require prompt answers. Members who ignore these messages from staff may be warned, locked or banned, depending on the situation.
   
10. Do not advertise other forums. We all know how to use google/duck/other-search-engines. (referrals not allowed)
    
11. Please code your links 
    
12. All threads should contain at least 1 NitroFlare link.
    
13. All the file protection (link protection) services are banned. Such as file crypt etc. (Unless posting G-Drive/Mega Links. Check Section 4 for Pirate section PS - Advert filecrypting services are banned.)
    
14. Do not post personal information of other members, on or offsite. (Privacy >All)
    
15. Do not cross-post (posting the same thread in multiple sections).
    
16. Freeware & Open-sources are allowed as long as they have a direct download link to them from their original source. It's free - so the download must also be free!! 
    
17. Using a password for a RaR upload is allowed as long as it is not considered an advertisement.
    
18. Porn & Nudity is not allowed.
    

Explicit Guidelines

1. No sticky requests. If there is room to make an exceptional post as sticky, we will do so; however, there is only room for ten stickies per forum. Topics which use a poll to petition a sticky are not allowed.
   
2. To have your username changed you need to be Exclusive Member.
   
3. Asking any staff member if you can be a part of the staff will hinder your chance of ever becoming one. The same applies to Exclusive Members. (We put out annoucements about recruiting staff. Keep a watch  )
   

Leeching

1. Thanks reply spammers/Leechers are purged. Be-ware!
   
2. Do not create spam posts (hhh, ...., etc).
   
3. Do not say the same thing over and over in your posts.
   
4. Do not repost hidden content. You will be warned
   
5. Contribute threads to the forum, don't just make tons of posts and the most important part have fun!
