In the event of suffering from non-specific back pain, the course also gives some simple steps to take to relieve the pain and return your back to a good condition.The course uses real video, and each o contains a downloadable set of course notes that can be printed and referred to at your convenience.Everyone suffers from some form of back pain at some stage in their life, and an awareness of the potential causes and ways to mitigate any risks is an important step for all. This includes mothers with small children, workers with physical activities such as building, construction, warehousing, supermarket and shop packaging and even those who take part in occasional leisure activities like sport.
