My career has always been about supporting CEOs and company founders, helping them and their companies thrive. So, with a background rooted in operations, strategy, and executive education, I set out to dive deeper into this role.Over the years, I've pursued specialized education to complement my on-the-ground experiencearalegal Studies, University of California, BerkeleyFranchise Management, Georgetown UniversityBusiness Process Design for Strategic Management, MIT Sloan School of ManagementMeasuring and Improving Business Performance, Cornell UniversityI led operations for a national franchise system, managed hundreds of team members, and achieved numerous awards-from the Inc. 5000 to Fastest Growing Companies. This combination of strategic skills and operational insight inspired me to focus on how a CEO could function better with an effective EA. As an EA to multiple CEOs, I was entrusted with verypersonal, business, and family details. I became deeply committed to ensuring 100% smooth daily CEO operations, relieving the burdens on the CEOs I worked for, and enabling their companies to grow exponentially.In every company I worked with, I noticed common themes: unorganized schedules, constant interruptions from team members on Slack, unanswered requests for approvals, and email inboxes flooded with everything from critical messages to spam. CEOs were overwhelmed, facing an endless list of tasks. I saw the toll it took-stress, fatigue, and even health issues. There were canceled date nights, forgotten anniversaries, and last-minute scrambles for family gifts. I also witnessed CEOs who were so frustrated with the company's lack of progress or revenue growth that they urgently hired me to step in and fix the issues-only to put the role on "hold" the very next day because they didn't even have the time to onboard me.These moments taught me something crucial: some CEOs were ready to create change, while others weren't yet ready to lead.
