Each lesson also touches on proper usage in a self defense situation. Structure, posture, foot work, body mechanics, and common misconceptions are covered in this course. A kicking bag or other striking surface is recommended for this course. However, if you do not have access to a striking surface, you can still practice these kicks in the air.
